Andrew Nicoletti serves as the Grant Development Manager for the Veteran Retreats Foundation, where he leads the organization’s pursuit of state, federal, and foundation funding to expand VRF’s therapeutic retreat programs for veterans. A proud U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force veteran, Andrew brings extensive experience writing and managing high-value federal proposals and contracts within the Federal Government, including overseeing nine-figure procurement programs that delivered innovative contracting solutions and accelerated mission success for the Department of Defense.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Denver. Andrew is also the founder of Sovereign Acquisitions, LLC, where he provides professional consulting services focused on federal proposals, government contracting, and grant development. His expertise in acquisition strategy, policy reform, and interagency collaboration allows him to bring a unique blend of strategic precision and mission-driven leadership to VRF.
Taking time out of his professional work to volunteer with the Veteran Retreats Foundation, Andrew channels his expertise and passion for service toward helping fellow servicemembers heal, reconnect, and rebuild their lives through the power of fellowship and recovery.
